“Hi Iv been with my boyfriend 16months he asked me to marry him 6month ago, and recently moved in. The issue is he still has not produced a ring, and whilst living with me he has not contrabuted to household bills. Although he does sometimes buy shopping or put fuel in my car. He is v.suportive of me and my children, even coming to parents evening. Im worried he’s not ready to commit, he is separated from his ex (For three years no sign od divorce, he started procedings but unsure what happened). Im worried im hanging on to him as iv been single a long time.We do have a v.special relationship, im really close to him, we talk like good friends, and are sex life is the best iv ever experienced.”

“I’ve been in a long distance relationship with a guy while on vacation in Turkey for about 1.5 years. At first, I was totally against it and he wasn’t even my type and I rejected him but as I got to know him, I saw that he was a good person, career oriented, and really seemed to like me. He comes to visit me in the States and I visited him a couple times in Istanbul. The problem is, I am due to move to Turkey to live to be closer to him, as his job is more lucrative and I can easily relocate and work. However, I am having doubts about the relationship. He comes from a traditional family and he is keen to marry and have lots of kids. I’m not even sure if that is what I want right now. We don’t have a a ton of stuff in common and I feel like I”m just settling for him because I think I’m 27 and should be getting married soon. I broke up with him once before but we got back together after we talked about it. Whenever I express any doubts he always says he will do whatever he can to make me happy, and I know he is not lying, but I just have a feeling there may be someone better for me but I am afraid to break up with him and be alone. I don’t know if it’s the distance creating these problems (when I’m with him, things go well) or if I’m not just in love with him. any advice?”

“my wife hates her new daughter in law and her family. my wife thinks her sons wife is just a user and want him to work while she stays at home. my wifes son moved to iowa and her family lives about 4 hours away from them so they spend all the holidays and visit her family atleast once a month but my wife only gets to see her son about once a year if they come visit. before he got married my wife and her son did everything together and after he moved (for a job) he called her everyday but that has stopped since he got married and when my wife calls her son all he talks about is his wife and now shes going to have a baby and my wife is very upset because she never gets any time with just her son and she will be luck if she gets to see her soon to be grandchild once a year and she knows that the other grandparents will get to see the grandchild atleast once a month and plan on selling their house so they can move in with their daughter and son in law. last week my wife told her son she never wants to see or speak to him again that she no longer knows who her son is etc. my wife is depressed and very sad cuz she loves her son she just hates his wife and his inlaws cuz they are a big part of her sons family and we have very little contact with them. Every time my wife would see her daughter in law post somthing on facebook it would just make her mad so she has since deleted them from her facebook account. I tried to explain to my wife that her son is now married and needs to live his life with his new wife and if he wants to let her stay home while he works that is his choice and it’s none of our business. it’s been a week since she told her son not to speak to her ever again and i don’t know what to do so my wife can have a relationship with her son and not hate her daughter in law.”

“My marriage of 7 years has fallen apart. We fought over and over with no resolve due to communication issues. I ended up pushing her away, and telling her I wanted a divorce over and over. We ended up getting an attorney and pretty much had one foot in the door. All we had to do is pay the $. Then it hit me like a ton of bricks, I didn’t want the divorce. I asked her to go to marriage counseling with me. She refused, said she had been going to individual counsleing, and had gotten to a place where she had moved on. I am devistated. I want her back, I have tried talking to her over and over again, but she says she loves me, but isn’t in love with me anymore. She says she wants to get the divorce, be good friends, and then “let’s see what happens”. I don’t know what to do. I want to be friends with her because she is the love of my life and I care so much about her, but I find it extremely difficult to turn off my feelings when I am around her. “Is she cheating on me and if not, should she be? I am happily married to a great woman who I have known for over 14 years. The only real problem we have is different views about sex. We make love at best once a month – rarely more often and sometimes less, even every two or three month at times. We have discussed this and she knows I would love to be able to do it daily, but she insists that once a month is all she needs, and she almost never initiates. It has basically always been this way, with very rare periods of time as exceptions. We went on a vacation to the island she was raised on and made love every day for two weeks, but when we got home it was back to same routine. I am passionate but no stud in bed, very small cock and a quick trigger if I have not had a bottle of wine. Also have gotten somewhat out of shape over the years, but am working on that. She insists she has no problems with me physically but I find that hard to believe and wonder if she is really getting her satisfaction on the side with someone else. “I have had these strong Intuitive thoughts for 3 years that I have known my husband. I am beginning to question his sexual preference. I met him while he was in the military and he had this friend that was very touchy towards him but he always said he didnt see it. One night particulary that I can’t get out of my head was when I was staying in the barracks with him and he left his room and went to his male buddies room. He left me and stayed gone for a total of about 2 hours. During that time I went to his buddies room and kept banging on the door and the door was locked and neither one would answer. We had not fought or anything previous. He later came back his buddy was carrying him and said he had passed out in his room. I totally didnt believe any of it but blocked it out of my mind. He continued to hang out with him, not to mention he worked with him and was in Iraq with him before I met him. I had asked him numerous times if my husband was gay or had ever done anything with him and he would always answer no. Which I truly know he wouldnt admit to it anyway giving the fact he is from a very christian home. We fought one time about it and I ended up leaving to stay with a friend and when we rode by my house I noticed this buddy was there. I never did go in, probably to scared to know if anything was happening. We later got married and he has been out of the service for 2 years now. His buddy still tries to contact him but to my knowledge they dont speak. Other friends of his that were in the military have seen the same things of how his buddy acts and believes he is gay also. Ever since he got out of the military he has not been the same. We do have an 18 month old son. I noticed after he got out, our sex life has not been the same and we are much more distant than ever. I will go some time without thinking about it but it continues to flare up in my thoughts. I can’t let it go mentally even though we have a life in a different state and have a child now. I still feel as if something is not right. His parents would die if they knew their son was gay and I feel as if im just a cover up. There are just so many little things that have happened on why I believe he is gay. Is my intuitive gut feeling right? I really need some advice on what you think. Thanks,”

“I’ve been married for 13 years and together with my wife for 15 years. I thought we had a wonderful relationship until recently I found some texts and Facebook postings to other Men, one happened to be her ex. I saw some hurtful postings, like “I married a nice guy but just not my type.” or he’s boring and too routine”. When I found these they were about 6 months to a year and a half old. She told me she was confused but wake up and realized what she had within our relationship was not worth throwing away and stopped. We have 2 kids. I believe that the death of my father has brought here back into loving me, but I don’t think she is still 100% in love anymore. I think she’s afraid because we have kids and she has no money or place to go. Plus doesn’t want to hurt me anymore. She has denied any affairs although i do suspect one happened or was very close to happening. We are intimate but it’s very basic. She says she loves me but there are things that make me wonder. Like one thing is I’ll find small information through one of her family members instead of her telling me. She always says sorry but we’re so busy I thought I told you. We are in a very stressful situation with having to take care of my adult brother who is blind. Plus our money is very tight also. She always says this is not how I imaged my life to be and if we ever have fights she always wants to leave. I love her dearly and losing her would mean my life is over. How do I get her to be 100% in love with me again.”
