Last summer it was the first time he started flirting with me and I told him not to. So he avoided me for literally 3 weeks. “My boyfriend and I study in the same college. Since it’s summer, he’s moved back home and we’re going to be apart for two months. Neither of us believes in long-distance relationships but we’re giving it a shot because we’re extremely serious about each other. It’s been two weeks since he left. We’re both pretty busy during the day and either speak or IM in the nights, Lately (through facebook posts) I’ve noticed this other girl who’s constantly flirting with him and while he doesn’t respond flirtatiously, he is extremely friendly with her. I’m not generally a possessive girlfriend and i know he would never cheat on me. Still, I ended up spying on him by logging into his account and reading their chat history. They have long conversations everyday and lately he’s begun telling her that he misses her when she’s not online and has started using some of the lines he used on me before we became official. I’ve discreetly asked him about her and he swears its all clean, but he doesnt know that I’ve read his conversations with her. He’s a great boyfriend and I know he loves me deeply and his behaviour towards me hasn’t changed at all. But now, when we talk, I secretly am very upset and we end up fighting. I’m scared because his ex and he were in a long-distance relationship that wasn’t working out when we met and really hit it off. He didn’t break up with her for me, though, they broke up for other reasons. But with us fighting I’m worried that history may just repeat itself. I know the way i’m acting just might push him away, straight into her arms but I can’t stop.
Am I being paranoid? Over-possessive? I can’t even tell him that I know about the conversations because i don’t want him to know I was spying on him. What do I do?”

“Does she like me?  I work with a girl who I have worked with for a few years. I really like her but am getting confused as to weather or not she likes me back. when I am at work I find her staring at me. She always laughs at what I say even when it’s not supposed to be a funny comment. When we have a conversation she always is looking deep into my eyes. She always has to know what I’m doing. For example, if I’m trying to go clean something and she sees me walk by no matter what she’s doing she will ask me where i’m going and if the boss isn’t around she will tell me not to do it and just to sit in the office and talk to her. It also seems like she can’t be in the same room without her trying to draw my attention and making notice her. For the simplest of tasks that I’m doing she always wants to help me with the for example taking the garbage out or sweeping out rooms. For a while now it seems like she purposely bumping into me or always moving closer to me and seeing what my reaction to this is. And even as of lately she is finding excuses for me to touch her for example the other day she was telling me how she had a nice abs and pulled her shirt up and asked me to feel it or when she was telling me how soft and comfortable her Lou Lou lemon pants were and told me to feel her thighs to see for my self. Now this is the part that confuses me some times she talks about other guys not about being with them but how hot they are but Even when she sees them at my work she doesn’t flirt with them or any of the stuff I just listed. So that is why I am confused. Any advise from anyone would be really appreciated as I’m unsure weather or not she likes me or not.”

“hello! I (age 30) broke up with my ex girlfriend (age 30) almost 2 moths ago. we were together for a year. She really loves me and she wanted to marry me. I just wasn’t that warm because of some personal things. When she asked me to break up i agreed but we still had contact. She broke up with me because I was not as warm as she was. I was wrong not to ask her to wait and open up and tell her i’m just not myself now because of some problems. very fast she got involved with a new guy (maybe a rebound?) and made it clear to me it’s over. Anyway, i told her how i feel about her and showed her my love, told her im ok now (she sees that also) and we can be everything we wanted to be. I even showed her the ring I bought her and was planning to give to her. And that was all. I didnt persue her at all. We met a few days ago and spent 5 hours together doing silly things and having fun. We spoke a bit about us but she says she is now somewhere else and the usual that she loves me and all. I encouraged her relationship telling her i want her to be happy. We met again today for an hour and i flirted a tiny little bit with her and she did seem open to it. I can tell she loves me and still is attracted to me. She even tells me I look hansom. She now thinks I am getting into something new and i can tell she is a bit jealous. I love this girl and I am ready to give her what she wants. I just dont know how to act now.
