Mathew you don’t give us much to go on or any background on her, you and how long you have been a couple.
That said, it sounds as if she is a real control freak. You need to sit down with her and ask her in a non confrontational way why this is and get her to explain it to you and then make your decision whether or not you want to stay with her. Being controlled is no fun for anyone
