2: She doesn’t want you to HAVE her number, but she doesn’t want to be rude either. So…

Dear Axel:
Perhaps it’s as simple as she only has limited minutes and is embarrassed to tell you. Or maybe she just doesn’t like giving her number out so fast. The best thing to do in the future, don’t ask girls for their number, give them your phone number and email and just give them time to be comfortable to offer theirs up.

Don’t take the cell phone thing personally! There could be any number of reasons as to why she does not want to give out her number…
Limited minutes?
Someone else pays for the phone and she is trying to maintain her privacy from said person?
The phone may come with retsrictions?
All in all, your best bet is tsill communication. Though cell phones can make our lives easier? People use texting and such to communicat instead of talking. If she is treating nicely as you said? Then don’t push it! Enjoy your time with her and make it count…if she really likes you then the cell phone should be a non issue!
