“I was dating this guy for a few years who seek me and i knew he was in a relationship but he mentioned that he loved me more than he loved her but cant leave she has done nothing wrong or he would say its the circumstance why he cant leave. We were so compatible in many respects so I had to give it a try to see where it would lead.

He eventually got married after telling me three months before the event. We’d talk every night leading to the event. He begged me to be with him a few days before the wedding after he got married within the same month of his marriage he asked me to spend time with him. He stated that he thought of me a lot during that time. He’s shown a very different side of him now.. more attentive to my needs and very expressive. He wants me to tell him if and when i date someone. He’s even indicated that he wants a baby with me and talked about us getting married.

“I am 20 years old and my girlfriend is 19. We have been together for almost five years. we are not living together. we are both college students. the past couple of years have really been bad for our sex life. Right now we have sex maybe 2-3 times a month and even then it seems like a chore to her just to get me to stop asking. She claims she’s a sexual person and she said that I am not the problem. She recognizes the fact that she has a very low sex drive and blames it on being stressed, tired, not feeling good, etc. and we have talked about it before and I have explained how it makes me feel emotionally closed off from her. She says she will change because she feels bad and wants to have a better sex life…but…we have sex the next day…and then another couple of weeks will go by before we have sex again. My definition of sex is any kind of sex, oral or vaginal. Both are rare. We are getting to the point where we should be moving on with our relationship and getting engaged and all that, but the fact that I am not happy with our sex life is stopping me from really wanting that commitment. I have always felt that sex is a big part of a relationship. I know that I would not want to be married to her if this is going to be the peak of our sex life. If our sex life is not going to get better then I dont want to be with with her because my unhappiness will cause an overall unhappiness within the marriage. So i guess what I am asking is what should I do? Should I keep waiting for change? Or should i finally come to the realization that I’m simply beating a dead horse?

“I have a fiancée and whenever we watch movies that have naked people in them I get mad because I feel like he’s watching it just for the naked girls. For example American pie: the naked mile. Or some other stupid teen movie like that. The good thing is that if he sees it bothers me, he stops. But it doesn’t stop there because if we watch a movie that has to do with cheating for example ( ghost of girlfriends past) and he finds it funny or thinks it’s a good movie, I get posses because I hate cheating and if he thinks it’s funny it’s obviously because it’s something that he can relate to, and find truthful, because really only things that have truth in them are funny. Now I realize that this basically stops us from watching movies altogether because good movies don’t exist, but I’m just hoping I’m not the only person that thinks like this. I don’t agree with porn at all! I hate it and if I ever caught him with it it’d be the end of us, but I just feel that if he’s watching someone on tv thats named and he finds attractive, that’s not only virtual cheating but also disrespecting me. And that is why I don’t agree with these things. No I’m not a nun I just don’t like my guy looking or thinking about other girls or cheating. The other day he told me I was Childish because of this. Do you agree?”

Last week the Robbins Brothers ‘Love Team’ and our dear friend Gayle Anderson from KTLA-TV ushered in a season of love. The week before Valentine’s Day entailed great couples, drama, suspense and lots of tears. Phew. I can’t believe we survived the nervousness leading up to ‘Will You Marry Me’ but we did.
